Preserved original fir flooring. Installed bamboo and marmoleum 

flooring, double pane LowE with Argon windows. EnergyStar appliances. Reused original framing where possible.

Indoor Air Quality:  

Low VOC finishes through out.

South-facing windows, open rooms for more light. Kitchen and exterior deck connected.
